This film was shot in 1956 and records the operating of the weekly goods train from Colac to near Weeaproinah. It features on train, shots, lineside and even footage from the cab.
The second railway covered is the Fyansford Cement Works Quarry Railway.
this 3 foot six in gauge line operated in the outskirts of Geelong and featured a variety of industrial locomotives as well as Garratts.
The majority of the footage was shot during open day in 1960..

Our final line is the Mount Llyell Rack Railway in Western Tasmania.
